Type “A” Bulk Bag
Type “A” bulk bags are constructed from non-treated insulating fabric and can be used to safely transport non-flammable products. They do not provide any static protection and are not recommended for use in potentially explosive environments.Common Uses: Any non-flammable product
Type “B” Bulk Bag
Type “B” bulk bags are constructed from insulating fabric that prevent the ignition of a dust-air mixture. They are used to safely transport dry, flammable powders. However, no flammable vapors or gases should be kept near the bag. These bags are not antistatic.Common Uses: Dry, flammable products
Type “C” (Conductive) Bulk Bag
Type “C”, or conductive bulk bags, are constructed for grounding. A Type “C” bag must be electrically grounded during filling and discharge.
